We facilitate contact between you and healthcare professionals and hospitals overseas, assist you with travel arrangements, and provide aftercare services as needed.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As a client, you must provide accurate and complete information about your medical condition, history, and any other information relevant to the medical treatment or procedure. You are responsible for settling all payments for our services before your journey commences. You must comply with all medical advice and instructions provided by the healthcare professionals treating you.

PAYMENT TERMS

 

All payments should be made via methods stated by the Agency. An upfront payment may be required for the commencement of services, with full payment required before the final arrangement of medical procedures. Any delay in payment may result in the delay or cancellation of the arranged services.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

If you cancel your medical journey, a refund will be given based on the stage of services provided at the time of cancellation. We will provide a detailed breakdown of this refund policy, including potential fees or penalties for late cancellations.

PRIVACY POLICY

We highly recommend you to purchase travel and medical insurance for any unforeseen complications or emergencies. We do not provide insurance coverage and cannot be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred during your medical journey.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

 

Any complaints should be brought to our attention as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve disputes amicably. If legal action is necessary, it will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction defined in these Terms.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes via the email address provided by you. Your continued use of our services following notification of changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.
